Me llamo Pedro A. Infante y tengo 67 años! He sido una persona activa incluyendo ciertos deportes como bicicleta diaria (10 millas en 45') y juego golf 2/3 veces por semana. Pense que con esto era suficiente para mantener cierta fortaleza muscular y de resistencia fisica y de echo lo era, hasta que empece estas sesiones con Freddy. Mi progreso lo resumo en 2 puntos importantes. 1.- Mis niveles de colesterol, trigliceridos, glucosa y otras cosas mejoraron en un 20% en 3 meses que llevo esta actividad y comparado con el ultimo laboratorio que hice antes de empezar dicha actividad. Por supuesto este "plus", ha sido una combinacion de otras cosas, ((alimentacion etc) pero me atrevo a decir que esto ha influido en un gran porcentaje, al cardio que esto implica. 2.- Muchos movimientos han mejorado, mas musculos han reemplazado grasa, mas fuerza en brazos y piernas, pero lo que mas aplaudo, fue el poderme tirar al piso y levantarme sin ayuda! Ahora puedo jugar con mis nietos sin pedir auxilio para levantarme del piso. Si alguien quiere hacerme alguna pregunta en especifico, con gusto le respondere. Un saludo a todos!
